Durable Yet Soft Webbing Material
This harness is made with Miller's patent-pending DualTech webbing, which offers a soft, textured inside and a durable, chemical-resistant polyester outer material. Shape-retention memory provides an optimal fit, and the webbing has been tested to 7,000 pounds of minimum tensile strength for greater safety and a longer service life. This is 40 percent stronger than what the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) requires.

PivotLink Design for Greater Comfort and Mobility
The Miller Revolution harness features the manufacturer's signature PivotLink rotary design, which offers greater comfort in bending and general mobility and allows you to independently adjust the top and bottom of the harness. The PivotLink connection is lightweight and built to resist rust and corrosion.

ErgoArmor Back Shield to Limit Impacts
To minimize impacts from sharp or heavy snap hooks or self-retracting lifelines, the Miller Revolution harness sports a semi-flexible ErgoArmor back shield and a layer of padding. The shield is made of a knitted mesh membrane that minimizes moisture absorption and maintains optimal air circulation. A freestanding D-ring attached to the back shield is designed to simplify connections and prevent false connections.

Cam Buckles for Simple, One-Handed Adjustment
The Miller Revolution harness comes equipped with non-slip cam buckles that allow you to easily adjust harness straps with one hand and achieve a proper, snug fit. The buckles are made of high-impact polymer, lightweight aluminum, and stainless steel materials designed to resist rust and corrosion. They also allow you to independently adjust the upper and lower parts of the harness to accommodate seasonal clothing.
